ABOUT THIS PACKAGE
The Tai Chi Yoga Teaching Package contains a five-part downloadable VIDEO. Lesson 1 is an introduction to Tai Chi Yoga. Lesson 2 is a 30-minute routine of taichiyoga movement and relaxation. Lesson 3 is another 30-minute routine of taichiyoga movement and relaxation. Lesson 4 is a 15-minute routine of taichiyoga movement and relaxation. Lesson 5 is a soothing taoist meditation. The routines were filmed amidst breathtaking mountain, desert, and lake scenery of Utah. Each segment includes audio direction with nature and musical background.
The package also comes with an illustrated 68 page workbook that includes the fundamentals of Tai Chi Yoga movement and breathing, a taoist meditation, and still shots of each tai chi movement and yoga posture.
The package finally comes with a 150 page book entitled "POWER OF TAI CHI YOGA: Ancient Principles For Modern-Day Healing, Living, and Weight Loss" first published in 2011 and recently updated in 2021..
